Fat bird
Today I was lucky enough to see a cuckoo for the first time and it decided to introduce me to not only itself but its partner. Honestly it was amazing seeing them talk to each other as they flew around but I only wish the crow hadn't chased them off

Fluffy boi
I love these little teals. A male came to our lake and took a liking to a big Mallard girl. Although half the size of the Mallard drakes-this little guy protected his Mallard female all through duck rape season. Any male who dared approach his girl was driven off by this little Tasmanian Devil.
Great footage, nice close up!!
the clock bird
Should I dislike cuckoo's for brood parasitism?
Even though these guys are brood parasites, I still can't help but love them. They're beautiful, and their call is so distinct and calming.
Absolutely. It's not their faults.
Looked up the call of this usurper of the animal kingdom, I really didn’t know what I expected
Three times recently have been to the Lake District and each time have heard a cuckoo calling......it’s a beautiful sound..good to know they are still out there..!!
Awe. So cute. ❤😃
this is amazing. Sometimes i say Hu HUUU ...
Beautiful bird 😍❤️❤️❤️❤️
Great video, never seen one but I've heard their call for the first time yesterday!

These remind me on mourning doves. Both birds make such beautiful sounds.
Early bird get the money
nice footage. Thank you
Cute birdie
A cute little bird ... the color of its feathers is a fine blend of black and white, its chirp is very soothing.
They sound like tiny lasers and in this video IT WAS A FIREFIGHT!
I looked on my clock and its exactly 9 o clock lol
I’ve been trying to find these things for FOREVER now!
Cuckoos young get laid in other birds' nests and they push the other eggs out and then get raised by the parents of the eggs they pushed out
I like it
amazing footage
Excellent video, thank you.
It can be really hard to pick them out for sure, but once you look at the size, you know what is what. Thanks for making this vid!
FRUMUSETEA NATURII!
Beautiful birds, too bad they are such assholes
Only the male makes that call.
I used to hear this all the time as a kid and I never knew what it was it honestly makes me sad that I only know now because I don’t hear it anymore
Great now I feel like I’m 8
I did not know there was an actual bird... I thought it was just a clock
Yep, it's an actual bird the clock noise is based on. It's from Germany where many are heard.
Just heard one of these guys a few yards away!
Wonderful!
It's 247 o'clock.
Wonderful Video. Enjoyed watching.
Great capture. Just discovered your channel. Like your channel. Subscribed. Greetings from a birdwatcher from Norway.
Beautiful footage. Very nice video.
Wonderful shots!
MANY THANKS.
Nn credo ai miei occhi poter vedere un tarabuso nel suo habitat naturale, mentre Va alla ricerca di pesci, anfibi, vermi... video lungo, bello e ravvivinato. Ma come fate??
I love this soft and gentle call so much that I just got a lovely cuckoo clock from the Black Forest and yes, it sounds just like this beautiful bird!
Cuckoo Birds are like the Zionists
The lone singing cucu, why is there a sadness in your silky voice?
awww!
I love hearing a real cuckoo bird
I ended up here after having just returned from my weekend shack in the countryside here in Scotland: I was looking for a Wiki entry on the Cuckoo Flower, which is plentiful there at this time of year, and every year for decades there has been a cuckoo arrive at the same time the plant flowers, hence the plant's name. It's quite a handsome bird in flight, but that "CUCKOO!" sound soon gets on your tits-- it usually starts at dawn and continues till dusk-about 19 hrs in this latitude! I'm surprised that many commenting here find it's call soothing--I soon discovered why here in Britain someone who's crazy is said to be "cuckoo"!
